Note: For food products like gochugaru, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are generally borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items
