1. Returns Eligibility

- The product received is incorrect or not as described.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: For food products like gochugaru, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Ensure the item is securely packed and returned in its original condition.
3. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are generally borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used gochugaru flakes or powder
